As in any spa setting, water is essential to soften skin, cleanse,
hydrate the body and soothe away stress. Wherever possible,
particularly in skin treatments, hydration and nutrition use PiMag™
water. Nikken technology and the PiMag filtration system reduce
chlorine and impurities found in many urban water systems. Pure,
fresh water for facials, steaming, drinking and in smoothies and
herbal tea is the foundation of any traditional spa service.
The personalized spa we’re recommending is not just a one-time

Prepare a spa smoothie:
 |
1 scoop Kenzen Perfect Start® Plus |
 |
1 cup Kenzen Ciaga juice blend |
 |
1/2 cup sliced banana or berries |
 |
1 serving Organic Jade GreenZymes |

1/2-cup ice cubes |

In a blender, mix together ingredients until smooth. Enjoy as a
meal replacement before the spa treatment.

Steaming |
Steaming -
To prepare for a spa facial, cleanse the skin thoroughly.
Steaming opens the pores, allowing impurities to be released.
First, fill a tea-kettle with PiMag water. Let it come to a boil and
fill a large bowl with the steaming water. Toss in your choice of
fragrant herbs, such as chamomile or mint tea bags, a cinnamon stick
or a few drops of tea tree or lavender oil. Lean over the bowl,
staying about eight inches from the surface, and steam for five
minutes. Pat dry.

- Step into a true spa-like shower, using the PiMag
Shower System. Its magnetic components condition water naturally and
five nozzle settings — gentle mist, spray, pulsating jets or
combinations — are included. Use a loofah to remove dead cells and
promote smooth, radiant skin. Scented soaps with citrus, rose or
magnolia are good choices.

Take a minute before the next step, and have a cup of herbal tea.
Throughout the spa experience, stay hydrated with lots of water. Here
are suggestions for healthy concoctions, using Ciaga juice blend:
 | Spa Iced Tea: Brew orange, raspberry, mint or chamomile
tea. Let cool and pour into an ice-filled glass. Instead of
sweetening with sugar, add one ounce of Ciaga for a unique fusion of
exotic fruit juice and herb tea. |
 | Spa Hydration: Fill a pitcher with PiMag water and ice.
Add a sliced orange and lemon or cut spears of cucumber for
essential hydration during treatments. |
Get a friend to assist here, providing the ultimate relaxation
that’s a must in any spa visit — a soothing massage. Using a massage
table or your Nikken Sleep System mattress, pad or comforter to lie
on, ask your companion for a Nikken Rollout. Within minutes the deep
relaxation should settle in.
If you must go back to your day’s routine after the
massage, use the Biaxial Body Energizer™ to feel refreshed and
inspired for whatever tasks are at hand.
However, the end of a perfect spa requires a little rest. Allow
